The region around Fátima is incredibly rich in monuments and countless places that have been protagonists in the history of Portugal. Tomar deserves a visit to its Castle and Convent of Christ. Beaches
If you love the sun and the beach, you are just 40 minutes away from one of the most famous beach destinations: Nazaré. Enjoy the immense sandy beach of Nazaré or, if you are a surfer or body-boarder or just looking for giant waves, Praia do Norte is also worth a visit.
